The Panhandle Aviation Alliance (“PAA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Nebraska. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information of our website visitors, donors, members, volunteers, and event participants. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, interact with our services, or otherwise engage with our organization.

• Event registration data: Retained for two (2) years following the event, unless a longer period is required by law
• Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, de-identified form indefinitely; individual-level data is purged within twenty-four (24) months
• Email communications and correspondence: Retained for three (3) years or as required by applicable law
Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
PAA implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Nebraska.
PAA complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and applicable Nebraska electronic communications laws. All commercial and advocacy email communications from PAA will:
• Clearly identify PAA as the sender
• Include a valid physical mailing address
• Provide a clear and conspicuous mechanism to opt out of future emails
• Honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days
• Not use deceptive subject lines or misleading header information
Transactional emails, such as donation receipts and event confirmations, are not subject to opt-out requests as they are necessary for completing a transaction you initiated.
As a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, PAA complies with the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 21-1901 et seq.) and applicable Nebraska data privacy and consumer protection statutes. Nebraska residents may contact the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office with complaints regarding data privacy practices.
PAA also complies with applicable provisions of the Nebraska Financial Data Protection and Consumer Notification of Data Security Breach Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 87-801 et seq.), which requires notification to affected Nebraska residents in the event of a data breach involving their personal information.
